Clear pricing for individuals and teams
Most of the work sits either side of the shoot itself - travelling to you and building the lighting until it's right, then the careful, individual retouching of every final image afterwards. That's what the first-person fee reflects, and it's why each additional colleague is a modest £50. A whole team ends up costing little more than a handful of people.
One person
At my studio in Cambridgeshire, or I bring the setup to you. You leave with 10 to 15 fully retouched images - ample range for LinkedIn, your website and a press bio.
Team
Your team photographed at your office on a single setup, for one consistent look across everyone. Each person receives three fully retouched images, in colour and black and white.
Larger teams
For larger teams the per-person rate reduces further. Whole offices or organisations with several sites are quoted individually - share your numbers and locations and I'll prepare a clear proposal.

How much do corporate headshots cost in Cambridge?
Individual sessions are £300, and team headshots are £300 for the first person, then £50 per person after that, anywhere in Cambridge and Cambridgeshire. So a team ends up costing little more than a handful of individuals. Larger teams and multi-site jobs get a reduced per-head rate, quoted to fit. Whatever figure I give you, that's the figure you pay.
Is it worth it for a small team?
If your team page is a mix of cropped holiday photos and phone selfies, people notice before they read a word. One visit gives everyone the same polished look for your website, LinkedIn and proposals, and it lasts for years. For a team of six it's £550 in total.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. I'm not VAT registered, so the figure I quote is the figure you pay.
Do we come to you, or do you come to us?
I bring the studio to you. I have a fully mobile setup, lighting and backdrops, that fits into any conference room or office space, so your team's day carries on around it.
Do you do individual LinkedIn headshots?
Yes. A single session is £300, at my place in Cambridgeshire or at your office, and you get 10 to 15 retouched images to choose from.
How much space do you need for a team shoot?
Ideally a clear space of about 3m x 3m, so a standard meeting room is perfect. I bring everything, including backgrounds and lighting. A nearby power socket is handy for steaming the backdrop, but it's not essential.
What should the team wear?
I recommend solid, neutral colours (blues, greys, white) and avoiding heavy patterns or large logos. If you want a consistent team look, we can agree a simple dress code beforehand.
How many images does each person get?
Each person gets three final images to choose from, all professionally retouched. The aim is a consistent set across the team that everyone's happy with, not a huge gallery to wade through.
How do we choose the photos?
Most clients ask me to select the best per person to keep the look consistent and save admin time. Alternatively I can provide a private gallery where staff pick their own. For larger projects I can shoot tethered for real-time selection on location.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes, every delivered image includes professional retouching as standard. I remove temporary blemishes and soften skin slightly, but keep it natural. You'll still look like you, just on a very good day.
How long does a team headshot session take?
Each person needs only a few minutes in front of the camera, so most teams flow through quickly between meetings. A team of ten is typically done in a couple of hours; larger numbers I'll schedule across the day so nobody's queuing. I'll plan a running order with you in advance.
How quickly are the headshots delivered?
Retouched, web-ready images usually land within a week. For time-sensitive jobs I work much faster: at a 200-person shoot at ExCeL London, run across two days, everyone received their finished, retouched headshot the same day they were photographed.
What if someone's off on the day?
It happens. I can come back for a short mop-up session, or photograph new starters later, using the same lighting so they still fit the rest of the set.
Can you match our existing headshots or brand colours?
Yes. Send me a couple of your current headshots or your brand guidelines and I'll match the background, framing and lighting, so everyone looks like part of the same team.
Can you run a headshot stand at a conference or exhibition?
Yes, it's a big part of what I do. I bring a portable headshot stand and lighting, photograph delegates as they come through, and send retouched headshots the same day. Stands run with one photographer or several, depending on how busy the event is.
Can we use the photos anywhere?
Yes. You're free to use them across your website, LinkedIn, proposals, press and print.
Do you travel outside Cambridgeshire?
Yes. I'm based in Cambridgeshire and regularly work across the East of England and into London. Just tell me the locations and I'll factor it into the quote.
