The more of you, the less per head
Headshots start at £300 for one person and £500 for a team of up to ten - one visit, at your office, everyone photographed on the same setup for a consistent look. Beyond ten, the cost per head keeps coming down as the numbers grow. Every shoot includes professional retouching and web-ready files.
One person
A single session at my place in Cambridgeshire, or I bring the setup to you. You leave with 10 to 15 finished, retouched images, enough range for LinkedIn, your website and a press bio.
Team
The whole team on one setup, at your office. Everyone gets two to three retouched images. The obvious one for a leadership team or a growing office - and a starting point, not a ceiling.
Bigger teams
The more people, the lower the cost each. Whole offices, multiple branches, estate agents - tell me the numbers and locations and I'll put a clear quote together.

Team headshot FAQs
How much do corporate headshots cost in Cambridgeshire?
A small team of up to ten people is £500 - one flat price covering everyone, with the full mobile studio, retouching and web-ready files included. Beyond that the rate works out per head and eases as the team grows: roughly £45 a head around 20 people, down to about £40 by 30 or more. Several sites or very large teams are quoted to fit. Whatever the figure I give you, that's the figure you pay.
Do we come to you, or do you come to us?
I bring the studio to you. I have a fully mobile setup - lighting and backdrops - that fits into any conference room or office space, minimising disruption to your team's day.
How much space do you need for a team shoot?
Ideally a clear space of about 3m x 3m - a standard meeting room is perfect. I bring everything, including backgrounds and lighting. A nearby power socket is handy for steaming the backdrop, but it's not essential.
What should the team wear?
I recommend solid, neutral colours (blues, greys, white) and avoiding heavy patterns or large logos. If you want a consistent team look, we can agree a simple dress code beforehand.
How many images does each person get?
Each person gets two to three final images to choose from, all professionally retouched. The aim is a consistent set across the team that everyone's happy with - not a huge gallery to wade through.
How do we choose the photos?
Most clients ask me to select the best per person to keep the look consistent and save admin time. Alternatively I can provide a private gallery where staff pick their own. For larger projects I can shoot tethered for real-time selection on location.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes - every delivered image includes professional retouching as standard. I remove temporary blemishes and soften skin slightly, but keep it natural. You'll still look like you, just on a very good day.
How long does a team headshot session take?
Each person needs only a few minutes in front of the camera, so most teams flow through quickly between meetings. A team of ten is typically done in a couple of hours; larger numbers I'll schedule across the day so nobody's queuing. I'll plan a running order with you in advance.
How quickly are the headshots delivered?
Retouched, web-ready images usually land within a week. For time-sensitive jobs I work much faster - at a recent 200-person shoot at ExCeL London, run across two days, everyone received their finished, retouched headshot the same day they were photographed.
Do you travel outside Cambridgeshire?
Yes. I'm based in Cambridgeshire and regularly work across the East of England and into London - I've run multi-day headshot jobs at venues like ExCeL. Just tell me the locations and I'll factor it into the quote.
